Vehicle should be ready and accessible for the tow truck:
The seller agrees to remove and return registration plates to the authority.
The vendor warrants that the goods herein stated are his/her sole property and are free of encumbrance both at law and in quality, and there is no impediment whatsoever to his/her giving possession and a good title to the goods immediately upon execution of this agreement. Should the purchaser subsequently suffer any loss through a breach of this clause by the vendor, the vendor will make good any and all such losses upon demand. Goods sold remain the property of the vendor until the financial transaction is completed.
The payment is G.S.T inclusive.
Grand Car Removal takes no responsibility for outstanding registration and road user charges, if any.
